Shipping Policy

At W3 Magazine, we believe in transparency, especially when it comes to getting your hands on our physical copies. Below is everything you need to know about how we process, ship, and handle your magazine orders. If you still have questions after reading this—don’t hesitate to reach out.

1. Order Processing Time

Orders are processed within 7 business days from the date of purchase. Once processed, we’ll send you a confirmation email. Please note that weekends and holidays do not count as business days.

 

2. Shipping Method & Delivery Time

We currently offer standard shipping only for domestic (U.S.) orders. Once shipped, delivery may take up to 7 additional business days, depending on your location and the postal service’s schedule.

 
3. Domestic Shipping Only (for now)

At this time, W3 Magazine ships exclusively within the United States. We’re working on expanding international shipping options soon—stay tuned.

 

4. Lost, Damaged, or Delayed Orders

If your order hasn’t arrived within 14 business days of purchase or arrives damaged, please email us at [Insert Contact Email] with your order number. If available, we’ll send a replacement or issue store credit at our discretion. Please include a photo if the item is damaged.

5. Service Interruptions

Occasionally, unexpected delays may occur due to shipping carrier issues, weather, or other disruptions. We’ll keep you informed if any widespread delays affect your order.
